This past week we received a unexpected phone call from TELUS in White Oaks Mall. Each year they choose a charity to support and this year it is the LABC. Here are the details. Please help support us in any way you can!!
Each year, TELUS sells critters (this year is Luna the Owl) in a stuffy form made by GUND. The critters are sold at $7.50 for one or 2 for $14. The charity runs until early January. These critters would make great stocking stuffers.
On Saturday, December 3, 2011 we invite you to partake in this charity day. A display table will be set up in front of store (between Wal-Mart and The Bay), and gives the ability to draw attention to LABC, while encouraging TELUS clients to help support by purchasing a critter. The LABC is looking for some volunteers to man the display table from 10am. - 4:00pm. If you can volunteer for an hour or so please let me know as soon as possible.
